Return

If you want to return the items you have bought, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the day following the collection of your package. In such case, notify us of your decision by sending us the notice of withdrawal from the sale contract before the lapse of the above-mentioned period. Unfortunately, you will not be able to return or exchange the product if more than 30 calendar days have passed since you received it.
The products you send back must have no traces of use, and they should have the original packaging and labels. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned items, and the package will be sent back to you at your expense.

If your return is accepted, we will promptly transfer the funds to the account number of your choosing. The return is made at your expense.



Exchange

If you happen to order products in the wrong size or colour and you wish to exchange them for another model, you may do so within 30 days from receiving the order. However, remember that the products you send back must have no traces of use and should still have original packaging and labels. Otherwise, we will not be able to exchange the items, and they will be sent back to you at your own expense. Every exchange is processed promptly after our store receives your package – within 14 days from the date it is received at the latest. The costs of shipment both ways shall be borne by the buyer.

Complaint

We make all efforts to ensure that our products meet the highest quality requirements. However, they may happen to have a defect despite diligent production control. Consequently, all products are covered by a twelve-month warranty.
Download the complaint form HERE. Fill it out and send it back to the address specified in the form with a note reading "COMPLAINT". We will certainly be able to agree upon a satisfactory form of compensation. We will notify you of our decision concerning your complaint within 14 days from its submission. Complaints concerning damage resulting from misuse or incorrect washing of the products will not be recognised. You are sending the defective product to us at your own expense.
